Standing Bow Pulling Pose (As taught in Bikram Yoga) 

  • Body down parallel to the floor (crotch & armpit in one line)
  • Top foot over bottom foot.
  • Two shoulders in one line.
  • Backward bend through the spine.
  • Chin and shoulder connected.
  • Standing leg locked (straight no bend in knee).
